I shared a room with my parents. There was one double bed with a bunk bed. There was a TV in the room. There's no kettle in the room but there's one and an oven downstairs in the reception. Size of the room: Although there wasn't much space in the room for the three of us, it wasn't too bad. I came across comments saying that there wasn't even space to open suitcases. That's not true at all. If you are mainly there for sightseeing or work and would hardly spend much time in the room other than to sleep, then the room size wouldn't be a problem for you at all. Cleanliness: The room, the WC and the small shower are were all very clean. The entire hotel was always very clean. Staff: They were all very polite and professional. They were always ready to help us. Neighbourhood: This hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area. It was always very calm and serene. On our first night, we arrived quite late ( around 9pm ) The roads were deserted but felt safe. There is also a carrefour supermarket very near the hotel. Public transport: The bus stop to the main train station is right across the hotel. And there were frequent buses. And from the station we took the RER A line to go to the main sight seeing spots. Although we had to take a bus and then take two different trains, the overall journey including the waiting time doesn't take long and is very comfortable. Taxi: The hotel helped us book a taxi on the day of our check-out ( a Sunday ). From the hotel, to the Gare de l'Est station, it costed about 32 euros. Overall, with our 1 week Navigo pass and the stay in this budget hotel, we definitely managed to save a lot on our expenses on our Paris trip.

I have contacted three different gentlemen at reception. The first one, during check-in, was very ready to help, even went out of the hotel together with me to show me where I could park my car. Another two were also very friendly and helpful. One young lady, who was a maid I guess, was also very helpful when I had to ask her for something. All in all : very friendly personal. Very calm area, two park houses (one up to 1,9m, the second one is up to 5meters, under a bridge) in the nearest surrounds and one big "open air" parking, which is very expensive if you park for 4 hours or more. On Sundays and in the nights it is however free. With RER line A you are in 15-17 minutes at Chatellet - Les Halles. Good restaurants in the same street and excellent bakery just opposite the hotel.

First time in an Ibis Budget hotel and definitely hooked for life now. Extremely affordable, great value with all the necessities, uncluttered, basic room with toilet, shower, basin, beds, towels, TV and a small desk area. Room was cleaned daily and room was left spotless every time. Reception and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even after we arrived after 2am the first night as a result of transit delays. Breakfast which we had the one morning was delicious, plentiful, fresh and not at all expensive. Extremely highly recommended!

The service ist great and helpful The room was very clean and comfortable. It's a perfect place to stay in Paris for a regular price. The place is a bit outside, but I think it's nice because it's a quiet and warm place to get out from Trouble...from the hotel to the city you need maybe 30-60 minutes by metro/train. In front of the hotel is a bus station which you can use or a train station 15 minutes by walk.

Staff were very nice, till late at night available for help and questions. Around 12 midnight we had it very warm so we came downstairs to ask for an fan and received it directly. Staff was perfect. Breakfast is good enough for the price you pay. But it could be nicer if you change it daily. Mostly if you stay their an couple of days. The breakfast will be a lil boring if u keep eating the same thing
